I have been in the fitness industry since 2007, and I absolutely love being able to help my clients achieve their goals and more! Over the years I have developed many different skills and techniques to deliver support and knowledge to my clients. I coach and mentor my clients to help them be the best they can be. I pride myself on my ability to tailor sessions and programs to my individual client.
I advocate a healthy balanced lifestyle and would never expect my clients to do something that I don't personally practise myself, yes that includes a cheeky wine! I advocate moderation, not deprivation because our lifestyle needs to be flexible, realistic and sustainable for the long term.
Over the years I have been able to learn from so many different people from great PTs within the industry, leaders and pioneers within various health fields and various personal development coaches including Tony Robbins.
I am a wife and a mum and I strongly believe in having a balance in life, because we have to have the fun stuff too.
I opened The Vitality Project in 2020 and our vision and mission is something that I strongly beige in not just for my clients but the fitness industry as a whole.
