Her passion for fitness began in 2002 when she started teaching Les Mills Body Combat, followed by Body Pump, RPM, and CX Worx. Throughout her career, Rachel has also coached Boxing for Fitness classes and taught Freestyle Cycle classes.
Rachel's true calling lies in helping and motivating people to see their full potential. Her greatest joy is witnessing her class participants leave feeling stronger and more empowered than when they walked in.

She is a qualified fitness professional, holding Cert 3 + 4 in Fitness, Les Mills Body Combat, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills RPM, Les Mills CX Worx, Level 1 + 2 Boxing and Kickboxing for Fitness, First Aid, CPR, and Arena MMA Fitness Coach qualifications.
