Meet Mike, our head coach and mentor who has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a bachelor's degree in Health Science. He is dedicated to helping aspiring personal trainers complete their certificate 4 in fitness and achieve their fitness goals.
Mike's personal experience with chronic fatigue and multiple injuries has inspired him to learn the ins and outs of building a stronger and more resilient body. His personal journey has led him to complete several personal development courses across Australia and the USA to develop his coaching skill set. He has walked the walk and is excited to help others do the same.
As a father to a three-year-old, Mike knows the importance of building a better routine and training consistently to keep up with the demands of parenthood. He wants to share the transformative magic of building a training routine in a supportive environment, where everyone can belong and reap the benefits of training.
