Antonio is a highly experienced and knowledgeable fitness professional who has dedicated over 19 years to the health and fitness industry. With a special focus on group fitness training, Antonio is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Antonio started his career as a Les Mills BODYPUMP, RPM, BODYATTACK, BODYSTEP & CXWORX instructor and quickly discovered a love for cycling, leading him to create and instruct freestyle cycle classes. In 2008, he moved into group fitness management, where he was involved in constructing and reviewing group fitness schedules, promoting new group fitness initiatives, recruiting new instructors, and upskilling and mentoring new instructors.
Since then, Antonio has expanded his knowledge and qualifications, including Training For Warriors, TRX Suspension, Kettlebell, ViPR, Studio Pilates Mat Pilates, and Studio Pilates Reformer. He is currently the Regional Group Fitness Manager for Surge Fitness and is a trainer and assessor for their signature programs, S Connect and Beats Rhythm Cycle.
